For information on the terms of Eligibility for the Use of GSA Sources of Supply and Services refer to GSA Order ADM 4800.2E. Modification PS0003 to GS-35F-0053L signed on 23 February 2006 extended the period of performance and updated labor categories and associated rates for both contractor and government facilities.
